Join us for the Sparkle Dance Intensive at Maples Academy of Dance, a dance intensive for experienced dancers age 10-17, focused on technique and performance. Emphasis will be placed on ballet, jazz, and lyrical technique and foundations, conditioning and stretching for healthy dance bodies, and mindset and performance tips and techniques for success on and off the stage.

Dress Code:

Fitted dancewear - tights and body suit, shorts, leggings, fitted 
t-shirt or tank top

For ballet technique - ballet shoes or bare feet

For jazz/lyrical technique - jazz shoes, bare feet, or lyrical shoes

Hair - secured back in a ponytail or bun

Other Details:

Please bring your own re-usable water bottle to class, as well as an easy to grab, nut-free snack, like fruit snacks or a granola bar.

Class will start promptly at 5:30pm. If a dancer is late, please quietly enter the class and join in on the exercise in progress.
